REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email at loompaw@gmail.com first.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

  • All items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-returnable Items:

  • On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Damage/loss caused by customers is non-refundable.


General Return Process

  1. Initiate a return: Email us at loompaw@gmail.com with photos/videos of the items and your order number. Our team will determine eligibility within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the item back: If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. (Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) We recommend using a tracked & signed shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  3. Refund or exchange: After receiving your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and process a replacement (exchange) or refund.


Return Charges

  • Our fault (wrong product, quality issues): Full refund provided.

  • Buyer’s reason (changed mind, wrong size/order): Buyer covers return shipping.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.


Refunds

  • Once inspected, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

  • If you don’t receive the refund, check with your bank first (processing times vary). If unresolved, contact us at loompaw@gmail.com.

  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if requested before shipment. A full refund will be issued.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
