Note: We currently cannot ship to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), or PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking numbers are updated within 1-3 business days after shipment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your package is dispatched.

  • Track your order on our Track Order Status page.

  • Shipping times may vary due to product availability.

  • LOOM PAW reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues (customers will be notified).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Address Policy

  • Double-check your shipping details before checkout.

  • LOOM PAW is not responsible for incorrect/missing addresses. No refunds will be issued for errors in shipping information.

  • We are only liable for delivery to the address provided at checkout. Once marked "delivered" by the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Need to Change/Cancel an Order?

  • Email loompaw@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order with the order number and details.

  • Changes/cancellations cannot be processed once order preparation begins.

Holiday Delays:

  • Deliveries may take longer during peak seasons due to high postal volume.

Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties.

  • Refused packages will be refunded (minus shipping costs) only after they are returned to our warehouse.
